  Had an amazing experience at Restaurant 1984 in Istanbul! The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. But what really made the evening special was the staff — incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They made us feel comfortable and truly cared about every detail of our experience. The atmosphere was elegant yet cozy, making it a perfect place to enjoy a memorable dinner.   Somehow, when came to the store and pointed to the phone I wanted - they did not sell it to me. Do you have an appointment, they asked. No. I don’t. I have my money and I want this phone. I don’t want to spend an hour wandering around. You are Apple, not Hermes. How hard can it be? US corporations losing their grip. I left inmediately and going to buy Samsung, which does not have this problem.

  I recently had an experience with Apple Support and the Apple Store in Touchwood regarding an iPad that had stopped working during an update. My dad and I spent about 1 hour and 45 minutes on the phone with Apple Inc. Support, and the advisor we spoke to was extremely helpful. He managed to partially update the iPad before it unfortunately became completely unresponsive. He then contacted the nearest Apple Touchwood store for us and advised that we could walk in and that the expected wait time would be around an hour and a half. When we arrived, we were told the wait would actually be closer to three hours. One of the staff members at the front was very kind and tried to help us by speaking with her manager to see if we could be fitted in. Unfortunately, the manager declined and came across as quite unprofessional and lacking compassion, which was disappointing given the situation. Thankfully, the staff member still helped us by getting us into the queue system using my phone number so we could leave the store and return when our time was closer. This was really helpful and appreciated. Later, when we returned to the store, another lovely colleague (a very kind ginger-haired lady) checked in with us while we were waiting. She took the time to ask about our situation and I believe she passed the details on to Hannah. Shortly after, we received the message saying we were ready to be seen. Hannah was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly understanding and immediately sympathised with the long wait we had experienced, even saying that we shouldn’t really have been waiting that long. She prioritised helping us and quickly connected the iPad to a MacBook to restart and restore it. The whole process took about 20 minutes and was smooth and straightforward. The service from Hannah was exceptional. She was kind, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The repair was also completed free of charge, which we really appreciated. Hannah, your strawberry nails are awesome and so is your hair — thank you for being so helpful. A big thank you as well to the colleague who made sure Hannah knew about our situation. Overall, I’m giving this experience 4 stars. It would have easily been 5 stars if the situation had been prioritised earlier and if the manager’s attitude had been more professional. That said, the kindness and professionalism shown by several members of staff — especially Hannah — really made the difference. Thank you to the team at Apple Touchwood.
